Policies and Procedures for Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.
- For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days.
- Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
- Items delayed due to back order will be shipped promptly.
Returns Policy
- Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
- All items that are labeled as “Limited Edition” in their description are non-refundable.
